When visiting Colonics by Clean Canvas Sydney for the first time, please ensure that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. You will be required to complete a new client form. This ensures we have all vital information needed to perform a safe treatment and to help guide you on your journey to health.

Booking policy

Upon booking, you will be required to pay a $70 deposit. The remaining balance will be payable on the day of your appointment. Your deposit is non-refundable.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment then your time slot may be closed. Your deposit will be retained and you will need to make another booking.

It is important to note that, if you are late, and we are still in a position to treat you, your appointment time may be shortened, however, the full treatment price will still be payable.

We are not tyrants and understand that some circumstances are outside of your control. Should you need to reschedule, we will allow you to do so once only without losing your deposit, provided you make contact with our clinic by phone prior to your appointment.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or clients that neglect to show up to their appointment on the day will forfeit their deposit in its entirety.

We do not enjoy retaining deposits as cancellation fees. We do, however, request that you make appointments you can keep. Last minute no shows or cancellations impact us through the cost of your therapist's time, loss of income in what would have been a fully paid time slot, but MOST IMPORTANTLY, clients that may have been in great need of a treatment miss out.

Our time is limited, and valuable. As is yours. Let's work together so that all clients can benefit from a timely and efficient experience.

We recommend fasting from food for up to 3 hours prior to treatment and to avoid liquids for 1 hour prior to treatment. Adequate hydration in the days leading up to your treatment is recommended with intake of approximately 1L / 22 kg of weight per day.
